Grape variety: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté
Manual harvest and sorting.12 month ageing on slats then setting on tips in gyro-pallets. Sold at least 2 months after disgorging.
Lemon gold colour, dense foam, but not too persistant. The bouquet combines the finesse of white flowers and the delicacy of marzipan and brioche bread. On the palate we find a mixture of vinosity and crunchiness.
Food and wine pairings:
Guest of honour at the aperitif, this Crémant will perfectly underline starters made of cold meats or shellfish.
Serving temperature: between 12 C° and 13 C°.
