Grape variety: 100% Aligoté
Plot located on the terroirs of Bouzeron (71).
Know-how:
Manual harvest and sorting, aged in oak barrels (demi-muids) 12 months.

Tasting:
Gourmet white wine with a beautiful gold robe. Its nose evokes acacia, white flowers with a touch of exotic fruits. The mineral aromas blend perfectly with notes of citrus, honey and a slight touch of hazelnut. The richness of the terroir of this plot brings roundness and length.

Food and wine pairings:
Faithful companion of Burgundy gougères, snails and of course parsley ham. Its liveliness is resistant to the iodine of seafood and shellfish, and goes well with fried fish, sautéed kidneys or goat cheese and Comté.

Serving temperature: between 11 C° and 12 C°.
