Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Plot located on the slope in Mellecey.
Know-how:
Harvest and manual sorting, maturing in oak barrels (500L) for 10 months.

Tasting:
Pale yellow colour, silver reflections. Nose marked with notes of hawthorn flowers, lemon, fresh grapes, with hints of honeysuckle, pepper, brioche, iodine. Fruity & fleshy palate, with a fresh, saline and slender finish, with liquorice aromas.

Food and wine pairings:
Freshness and fruity suppleness, will be perfect for your fresh and savory appetizers, a brunch with soft-boiled eggs with herbs, stuffed mushrooms, shrimps, fresh cheese with chives, roasted fish and vegetables, ravioli with spinach and ricotta, lemon chicken or goats’ cheese.

Serving temperature: between 12 C° and 13 C°.
