AOC Bourgogne Côte-d’Or

Grape variety: 100% Pinot noir
Plot located at Chorey-les-Beaune.
Know-how:
Harvest and manual sorting, maturing in 500 litre oak barrels for 15 months.

Tasting:
Cherry red color, deep ruby red reflections. Nose: cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, with a touch of rose petals. Supple and delicate mouth, fine tannins, luscious fruity material, slender towards a fresh and light finish. A great Burgundy, in a limited edition!

Food and wine pairings:
Its fresh, fruity and floral presence will brighten up your aperitifs cured meats and cheese aperitifs, a gourmet salad and a hot toast. Continue with grilled poultry, white meat or roast beef, served with mixed vegetables and finish with light soft cheeses.

Serving temperature: between 15 C° and 18 C°.

Rewards: Gold medal at the Feminalise World Wine Competition 2020.
